2. General Information about the Processing of Your Data
Personal data is only collected and processed by us (1) if it is necessary to provide a functional and convenient App and/or (2) to provide you with services.
We process your personal data only and insofar as it is permitted by national and European legal regulations. This privacy notice explains the legal grounds for the processing of your personal data, an explanation of why we process your personal data, and a description of what situations we will process your personal data.
Your personal data will be stored until the purpose of storage no longer applies. In some cases, European or national regulations, laws or other regulations or contracts to which we are subject prescribe a longer or shorter storage period. Once the personal data is no longer needed to fulfill any of the identified purposes within this notice, we will delete the personal data. Further details about this process can be found below.
3. Processing of Your Data
3.1 Using our Apps
Every time you use our App (in the following „OI.Share“), our system automatically collects data and information from your smartphone. We collect the following data. These data cannot identify individuals by themselves or in combination.
- Information embedded in our hardware products that exchange data with OI.Share ( i.e. serial number as well as identifiers such as digital camera model name, firmware version)
- Operating system type and version
- Region and language settings
- Usage of OI.Share ( for example, OI.Share version, frequency of use, usage status)
- Exif parameters of images handled by OI.Share
- UUID (Universally Unique IDentifier) for your smartphone
We process your data because we use the acquired usage data for the following purposes.
- OI.Share and our hardware products improvement and defect response.
- Measurement and analysis of the results of implementation of various measures.
- Data analysis for marketing purposes
- Push notification(We inform you about our products, event, and services)
Regarding Push notification, we use UUID that cannot identify individuals, and our group companies also inform you about our products, event, and services.
The legal ground for processing the data is Article 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
To stop sending usage data and Push notification, go to [Settings] > [Send Usage Data] > [Send Automatically] and switch to off.
4. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Countries
As mentioned above in Chapter 3 we assign certain services to other companies. These companies may also be based in third countries outside the EU. In such cases your data will be processed in these third countries therefore we explain in the following table which services are assigned to these companies, where they are based and which legal requirements allow us to assign these companies with the processing of your data:

5.1 Right to withdraw the data protection declaration of consent (Article 7 para. 3 GDPR)
In case that the processing of your data by us is based on your explicit consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. To stop sending usage data and Push notification, go to [Settings] > [Send Usage Data] > [Send Automatically] and switch to off.
5.2 Right of Appeal to a Supervisory Authority (Article 77 GDPR)
You have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, European General Data Protection Regulation, if you consider that the processing of data concerning you is not compliant with the GDPR. Other administrative or judicial remedies that you may be entitled to remain unaffected.
6. Updates to our Privacy Notice
We reserve the right to update this privacy notice regularly if the legal, technical or economic conditions change. When we update our privacy notice, we undertake appropriate measures to inform you as required about the importance of the changes we have made. We will obtain your consent to all important changes to the privacy notice if and to the extent to which this is required under applicable data privacy laws.
