OM Image Share (hereinafter "OI.Share") of OM Digital Solutions Corporation has a function to notify valuable information for customer and to send usage data for OI.Share improvement.

The following data (hereinafter “usage data”) is sent automatically for the purpose of analyzing the statue of usage.
- Information embedded in OM Digital Solutions’ hardware products that exchange data with OI.Share (i.e. serial number as well as identifiers such as digital camera model name, firmware version)
- Operating system type and version
- Region and language settings
- Usage of OI.Share (for example, OI.Share version, frequency of use, usage status)
- Exif parameters of images handled by OI.Share
The usage data is collected and analyzed using Google Analytics for Firebase.
Google Analytics for Firebase uses cookies to collect the usage data, excluding personally identifiable information.
The collected usage data is managed in ascendance with Google's Privacy Policy.

(2) Purpose of Use
OM Digital Solutions Corporation will use the acquired usage data for the following purposes.
- OI.Share and OM Digital Solutions’ hardware products improvement and response to defects.
- Measurement and analysis of the results of implementation of various measures.
- Data analysis for marketing purposes.
- Push notification(We inform you about our products, event, and services)
Regarding Push notification, we use UUID that cannot identify individuals, and our group companies also inform you about our products, event, and services.
